Rafał Skibicki

Legal counsel (Attorney-at-law), Ph.D. in Law; a practitioner and academic who combines his research interests with practical work in the field of online platforms and artificial intelligence.

He serves as Senior In-House Lawyer at Booksy International sp. z o.o., dealing globally with legal compliance for online platforms; Assistant Professor in the Department of Artificial Intelligence at the Faculty of Computer Science and Telecommunications, Wrocław University of Science and Technology; Secretary of the Editorial Board of Prawo Mediów Elektronicznych (Electronic Media Law); he has lectured at the University of Wrocław, Wrocław University of Science and Technology, the University of Silesia, the University of Łódź, and as part of legal counsel training at the OIRP in Wrocław. Recipient of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage Award for the best doctoral dissertation on intellectual property in the Polish Patent Office competition in 2024, as well as Special Recognition in the International LegalTech Competition 2025. He specializes in issues related to online platforms, e-commerce, copyright law, and artificial intelligence law.
